Preluding the opera season in Gozo – Chorus Urbanus in collaboration with Gozo Cultural Council , Ministry for Gozo and Mnarja Philharmonics society present a concert of well-known arias, duets, trios and vibrant opera choruses on Saturday 10th October at 8.00 pm. The concert that features soloists, choir and orchestra conducted by Dr John Galea is being held at the MBC Theatre in Nadur.
Ms. Andriana Yordanova is the special guest artist participating thanks to the European Foundation for the Support of Culture. ESFC’s events portfolio consists of classical music concerts in Malta and other European countries. The Foundation’s goal is to organised such events that can be considered attractive by the majority of people from all walks of life.
This event is also part of the choir’s 40th anniversary celebrations spearheaded by Chorus Urbanus Productions. The concert is free of charge and patrons are urged to be seated early so as to avoid disappointment.
